The Urban
Regeneration
project

is a transnational cooperation initiative that brings together youth organisations and local actors to explore how young people can actively contribute to the regeneration of public spaces through participation, sustainability, and community engagement.

The main aim of the project is to promote the idea about urban regeneration of abandoned/unused spaces in the communities of involved organizations in Italy, Spain and North Macedonia as a way for community development and for young people to take ownership and initiatives for the well-being of their communities.

This free and ready-to-use booklet has been created to inspire young people, organizations, groups or individuals to undertake projects of urban regeneration, with a focus on community involvement.

Beyond what is produced through any final urban regeneration itself, the focus of the booklet places great emphasis on the learning process and the experience gained through the implementation and participation in the project itself.
